The Company  has developed a business continuity plan on how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, the Company must be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with information posted on our website that you may consider printing a copy for future reference.

The core of our business continuity plan will be a carefully selected team of employees, the Emergency Management Team, with dedicated responsibilities to coordinate the continuity effort.

We will make every reasonable effort to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption, employing the use of our business continuity plan. We plan to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption unless circumstances prohibit us from doing so. If, for any reason, at any time, we are forced by circumstances outside our direct control to discontinue business, we will immediately determine our planned recovery time and communicate those plans to all concerned parties.

We have devoted considerable thought and effort to designing our business continuity plan. However, no plan can assure recovery if a disaster or significant business interruptions were to occur.

We review and test our plan periodically to ensure readiness.
